  From my experience and observation these people try really hard to make every customer happy but it's simple not possible.
  
  I watched an employee man the shop singlehandedly and provide outstanding service to three people at once, unfortunately the fourth person was upset.

  Tim is absolutely amazing. Super nice, very helpful, fun to talk to. Deserves a raise because I'll only ship with this store in Richardson after meeting him

  Jerry helped me on my visit. He’s quite the star when it comes to customer service. He should really be running your FedEx traning department. Everyone can learn something from him by his awareness of customers, knowledge of your services, and kindness that he displays. I saw him handle my needs and two other visitors at the same time with great care while a rush of customers eight long filed in line. He kept his composure and smiled while helping everyone. 10/10

  This is a great place to ship things. Staff was very nice and friendly. Also, super helpful with the huge return I had. They had a cart to put it on right by the entrance door ready for use. They even helped me put it on and took it for me because I wanted to move my car out of the handicap parking in front.
