My family just returned from our trip to Italy. Distinct Vacations and their Italian partners knocked it out of the park. No detail was overlooked. Transfers, tour guides, hotels, excursions and the itinerary were outstanding. My wife and I had been to Italy many times before but even with a similar travel footprint as we had experienced previously (Florence/Chianti Region and Rome), Belkys and her onsite team showed us parts of Italy we had not seen before. As first time visitors, my sons and daughter in law were blown away by the history and the beauty of the country and delighted by the amazing logistics. Working with Belkys at Distinct Vacations was an amazing experience! She helped us book our 12 day trip to Turkey and everything was diligently planned. The hotels were exactly what we were looking for and the private tours we did had excellent local guides. The private tours also gave us alot of flexibility since we were traveling with kids. I cannot thank you enough for the help and the fantastic itinerary to Sicily. We enjoyed everything - from sightseeing, to street food and wine tastings, to a surprise hike on Mt. Etna to a spectacular agriturismo we would never have otherwise found. This was the first time on any trip we've taken to Italy (and we have traveled there a dozen times in the last 30 years) where we had pre-organized excursions and tour guides. We had the perfect balance of organized activities and free time. Our tour guides were locals with deep knowledge of the area and history. They made stops and introduced us to things we would never have found on our own. The hotels were exceptional and the restaurant recommendations were fantastic. There were six of us, and everyone found something memorable nearly every day. Belkys made the entire process very easy, covered every detail and answered many questions quickly and carefully. We recently took a multigenerational dream trip to Italy and worked with Distinct Vacations. Transportation that was arranged was fabulous. Hotels were all amazing. Tour guides and excursions were perfect - all first class. A few of the highlights were the cooking class in Rome, visiting Pompeii, and the boat for the day on the Amalfi Coast was perfect, our skipper was amazing. I didn’t have to think. Normally I do all the planning and everyone is bothering me on what we are doing daily but having your app and your schedule of events was perfect!!! We worked with Belkys to plan our honeymoon and she was awesome to work with.
