Dear Shami: Thank you for providing such courteous and efficient service with respect to my watch repair. Please convey my gratitude to the watchmaker for his skillful work and his generous phone call to educate me on how to operate an automatic watch. I followed his instructions, and after one winding the piece has been running perfectly, and hasn't lost a minute in over a week. I'm just delighted.

I took two watches to be serviced: one of the two for a complete overall. I chose this business because of its longevity (4th generation watch makers). I was pleasantly surprised by the store and even more by the professional advice and quality of work. I will definitely go back when I'm ready to purchase a new watch or even for just a battery replacement.

Very nice watch and jewellery store. Staff is excellent and their watch repairmen are the best I have seen. Ahmed is highly recommend for any watch repairs. Prices are beyond reasonable and I cannot stress how much I recommend Shami Fine Watchmaking. Defiantly pay a visit if you never been there !!

Very professional and hospitable at the same time. The inside is very nice and so are the staff. I was offered water while I sat in my nice leather chair waiting for my watch to finish. 100% recommend

The watchmaker that I used to go to retired.
I was in need of a watch cleaning and polishing and noticed that Shami opened up their new location just by chance .I found it by driving to and from work. I looked them up on Google to see what services they offered there.I stopped in one day and to ask about the cost to service the watch. I met the owner & he took the time out to test my watch for accuracy & to do a waterproof test . Turns out the watch needed a service too. They gave me a free estimate . I ended up getting the full service cleaning and polishing on one watch & getting another watch polished. They did an outstanding job as well as a very thorough, correct and professional job on both.
I got a third watch serviced which wasn't keeping proper time. This was a very minor repair on the dial and Adam was kind enough to not even charge me for this repair.
It seems that I found a nrw watchmaker and will continue to use him again absolutely in the future.
