Couldn't be happier with Josh's help. He gave me the space I needed to shop around while still making himself available. When I asked him for suggestions, he took my likes/dislikes seriously and showed me options that fit my criteria. I visited half a dozen other furniture outlets and the sales associates constantly hovered. When asked for help, they didn't pay attention to my interests and tried to sell me on different styles/models than what I told them was looking for. So if you're going to Value City, definitely ask for Josh!

I purchased my bed and couches last year. Unfortunately I had a fire in my home before the furniture was delivered and was displaced. Heidi was my sales rep at the time of purchase. When I told her what happened she spoke to her manager and arranged for my furniture to be kept in their warehouse until I had a place to move into. 10 months later, I finally moved and they arranged the delivery within a week. The customer provided by Heidi and the other staff members I spoke to was incredible.

Jeff was helpful. The selection is nice. The price was reasonable. Bought a mid-century modern style couch and table. Only place we saw one with tufted back and seat cushions. Would shop again.
