He was responsive to my questions and very willing to work with me in negotiating a fair price. Of course it is a business and they need to make a profit, however, I felt that they really care about the customer. It is a family operated business and the founder also had a disability which lends itself to added insight into the needs of the customer. I never felt they were trying to just "make a sale". The owners and staff are very professional, yet at the same time friendly and work hard to create a satisfying experience.”

“Our cat Lou had a serious bacterial cystitic infection and after a weekend he was completely the old again. The Dr's are very knowledgeable and did not need much time to find out what was wrong with our Lou. After many sleepless nights for me and my husband, we can finally enjoy a wonderful evening at home with the complete family. Lou is a cat with a tough character and never before has he felt comfortable at a veterinarian. We are very satisfied and very impressed by your team. Lou is the old one again and this all because of you and your amazing staff! Thanks for all your help and all your efforts.
