  I have been to this store a handful of times, and all times, the staff and cashier had been super helpful. Last night takes the cake though as Hurricane Ida hit with historic once in a 500 year rain. The rain + winds broke my windshield wiper while I was driving home and I stupidly decided to buy wipers on the way home. With all the craziness, I asked for the size of my car's wipers which the cashier promptly gave me. I stupidly did not check for compatibility though and bought whichever had two that wasn't too expensive. Turns out conventional wipers wouldn't fit my car. After wrestling and trying to fit the wiper on my car through the rain and wind, I went back to try returning even for just store/partial credit, to which the cashier gladly refunded the wipers. He then personally pointed to me which wipers would work with my car then checked them out.
  
  Even to your mistake, they will try to give you the best service that they can.

  The location on Lyons Ave in Newark didn't it the item in stock but told me who did... I called this location said it showed 2 but will check to verify and it was.. I got there and was attended quickly and I am very satisfied in how quick and efficient they were... I give it a 2 thumbs up.

  Great boots great customer service awesome place to get your next pair of work boots they actually help you find a comfortable fitting boot and they are very knowledgeable about what they are doing

  The older gentleman working the front desk was very enthusiastic and knew all the products very well. I have very wide feet and he knew exactly what shoe size I should pick to accommodate me. He was very nice and I recommend anyone looking for boots to shop there

  Rene was extremely personable, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He gave great advice, sized my husband's foot, and we were able to walk out with the perfect pair. We were thoroughly impressed with just how knowledgeable and helpful he was!
