He has also repaired roofs, siding, and rebuilt chimneys. I have been involved in the construction business since 1972 and have known many roofers. Carlos is by far the best, most reliable, most talented and most honest man I have ever worked with.
I am a very demanding man to work for. I used to change roofers on every job. The first time I used Carlos I knew in the first 4 hours that I would never use another roofer again. Everything from the tear-off to the final clean-up was neat, organized and professional. The workmanship was above and beyond specifications. His flashing work is amazing.
There are a lot of good roofers out there who can nail up shingles fast and straight, but Carlos understands the complicated aspects of keeping a house dry for 30 years; it's not just about nailing on shingles. I never, ever, had a call back on a job Carlos did. No leaks, no ice dams, no blow offs, no mistakes.
Perfect work for a great price by an honest humble family man. You can't do any better than MZ Construction.
