    I always had a great experience with them. I did my rt-pcr test last year and received my result within 24 hours. Yesterday 2/3, I did another rt-pcr test, staff are very honest to tell me that it will takes 24 to 48 hours to receive results. I received the result of my rt-pcr test the next day after lunch 2/4. All I'm saying is that their staff especially those customer service that I spoke with are amazing and helpful. I will definitely recommend their service.
