I went in today all excited for my new phone and watch and was not disappointed! Aaron W. at the 4th street store went above and beyond getting all the accessories for the phone set up for me so I didn’t have to struggle on my own. He even drove out to get my new watch for me at a different store location! He made the entire process super simple, got all my stuff transferred over, and made sure I was getting all the good deals. Definitely recommend seeing him for all your Verizon needs!

Michelle Shoup was fantastic from start to finish! Welcomed me in by opening the door for me. Answered all of my questions as I switched to Verizon. Helped me purchase the new iPhone 14 pro and Apple 8 watch. She helped me pick out cases and screen protectors. Process was lengthy as switching from a different carrier but it was worth it. Michelle takes pride in taking care of her customers. I felt valued and appreciated. Michelle even walked me out!

Reiker was such an amazing help. My phone broke a few days ago and my boyfriend and I needed to get on our own plan so he was extremely helpful with the whole process. Such a great personality and it was just really nice to have someone so friendly and he answered every question we had:) Great guy! Wish I could give more than 5 stars

We came in to buy new phones , Michelle was diligent and knowledgeable in making sure we were receiving the best phones at the best price. Reiker was also there to help out if needed. They were both professional and great team players in making sure this was an easy process for us. We will continue to come here.

Josh was great at helping me get another phone! He made it quick and easy and made sure I had everything I needed. He was super helpful and just kind overall. I would recommend coming to shop here and everyone was very kind but Josh was amazing!
