He is licensed and insured. Gave me an estimate for a drainage pipe coming out of my kitchen in my basement on a Monday, then came out and fixed it Thursday. Responsive to phone calls, showed up when he said he would, and even though I am not a plumber, the work looks good to me. He was also considerate about cleanup, even though the work took place in an unfinished basement.

I have been looking for a good since my old plumber retired. I can safely say that I found his replacement. Very fair pricing. I highly recommend him.
