The Art of Tai Chi

Irving is very talented at teaching tai chi. I had tried to learn tai chi several times over the past years but could not progress beyond the first 6-7 moves. Irving has an amazing ability to break down complex movements into smaller steps that are easy to learn. And now I go for good 14 -15 minutes of a tai chi round and can finally feel its benefits! Just after the first 3 weeks of practicing tai chi with Irving I started having significant pain relief. Now at week 6, I quite literally forget that I used to have chronic pain for years. I learned that tai chi heals your body, calms your mind, tremendously improves sleep. I do not have enough words to express how much I am grateful to Irving for sharing the magic of tai chi.
