    Maplewood is Beautiful! The Township is safe and a little charm ! The townhomes are a “hidden gem”. Family and Friends Loveeeeeee our home! Heat and Hot water, sewer, trash, and 2 parking space is included! Excellent Package Deal!

    After seeing Mill Run at Union, we asked to Rose (who is incredible!!) to show us the Gardens at Maplewood as well. We were blown away by not only the customer service on tour, but also the well maintained grounds, quiet cul de sac, the townhouse-esque set up, and of course, the quality of the apartment. All of the amenities that we needed (hardwood floors, updated appliances, HUGE kitchen)- and more that we didn't know we could have (washer and dryer in unit!)! Rose and her team were super patient with us, have answered every question we have, and have GREAT move in specials! We are super excited to move in in just a couple of weeks.

    Rose was so friendly and very helpful and made us feel so comfortable! The apartments are nice and spacious as well. So happy we found them!

    My daughter is a full time student in the area and found this great place to live as her first off campus housing. I have been happy with their services so far and am excited for her to move in!
