I, like some others, are not really sure how there are so many bad reviews here. I've seen Dr. Siegel for years. Yes, he does wheel in his computer chart into the office. He's pleasant and has a good sense of humor. But he carefully checks my skin for cancer. He helped my husband save money on meds for skin condition that he diagnosed correctly, after other doctors had missed. And I have never had a problem getting an appointment of with the office staff. They do ask for your credit card to charge if you aren't covered, which I'd prefer not to do, but I know he is covered, and have a never received any charges.
Outstanding doctor. 100% percise in his diagnosis and treatment
Better than Expected. I read the reviews and expected the worst. However, I was pleasantly surprised by Dr.Siegel. Overall I had a good experience. I do have a caveat, in that I was going primarily (though not solely) for vanity reasons and willing to spend money. Perhaps my experience was better than other reviewers because I was open to the various products and services available. Nevertheless, the experience was not as impressive as my midtown Manhattan dermatologist, but a great alternative close to home. I think the doctor was candid, well informed, honest and did not try to sell me on ideas that were not relevant (I have done a lot of research). Therefore, I gained comfort with the overall experience. A solid 4 stars and potential for 5. I plan on being a recurring client. The doctor had a nice personality.
