This is not last year's buoyant market, and I decided after a slow initial start, and after consulting with Maggee, to cut the price to get the quick sale I was looking for, which was disappointing. However, Maggie and her excellent staff kept things moving at every stage, and the staging she recommended was important in showing the house the way a couple would expect to see it furnished. At every turn, Maggie, her staff and even her husband pitched in to keep things moving, and quickly resolve every issue.
We closed on time, and the credit for this is the skilled experience of The Maggee Miggins Group. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to optimize the sales experience. -

We recently sold our home of the past 32 years which is located in South Orange Village, New Jersey.
We interviewed several real estate brokers before selecting The Maggee Miggins Group based upon their knowledge of the South Orange – Maplewood – Short Hills market and organization’s commitment to making a sale happen at a satisfactory price.
The Maggee Miggins Group devoted substantial resources to the sales process preparing marketing documents, utilizing various social media and hosting “open houses” that resulted in a sale. Once under contract, they remained involved assisting with the items needed to perfect a close.

(May 11, 2017, 6:56 am)It was a real pleasure working with Maggee and the Maggee Miggins group. Maggee is a very efficient, determined and knowledgeable person. We couldn't have made a better choice. The assistance from her group is impressive. They guide you through the whole process including the numerous inspections. Smoke detectors were installed and all kinds of other items were checked to make sure we would pass all inspections. Very impressive was that they even cleaned our driveway after a snowstorm !
Highly Recommended !
