“To me, this place is a model for what all businesses should be like. Expert. Courteous. And truly dedicated to its customers' needs. Yes, you can save money by going to Home Depot and Lowes, if you want to make the trip. But will anyone there take a grinder to piece of hardware so it fits a difficult spot (free of charge), as these guys did for me one day? Or will a big box employee walk you up and down their aisles to gather all the supplies you require for a project, as these folks did on another occasion? Will they wave you off a more expensive product, when a cheaper one will do the job? Will they reopen the store after a long day, so that you can buy an emergency item? I don't think so. Shop here. This store is the real deal. It's more than worth the minor mark-up.”
