(August 23, 2018, 3:18 am)You can arrive 12 hrs early and they will sign you in the courthouse and allow you to position yourself at your unloading location until your appointment when you're done being unloaded you can stay there until your brakes are over it's safe they have Wi-Fi for the drivers restrooms there is a coffee truck and warnings and it's always entertaining to watch all the other drivers try to back into the doors
