(September 21, 2019, 7:37 am)Very good service. Really appreciate the pick-up service and there are convenient offices in many places. The only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is that I think the fee for returning a rental car to a different location is too high. The fee seems to vary, but often is $75. Other rental car companies are not that high.
(August 30, 2019, 11:44 am)I always have a great experience at this location. Out the door fast, professional, polite and friendly staff, reasonable rates—what more could you ask for? The only time I rent from someone else is when they are sold out!
(August 10, 2019, 10:23 am)Excellent Service at the Enterprise in Newark Airport. Rented a brand new 4 door Jeep Wrangler. It was above my expectations! Great customer service! Unlimited miles. Car was ready like the website stated! Definitely will rent from there again!
(August 10, 2019, 7:53 am)I arrived at the enterprise kiosk where a gentlemen welcomed me and directed me to the check-in counter noticing the lost face I had. Before arriving at the counter I was also greeted by a lady who made the pick up process very fast by asking me for ID and credit card. The counter lady Dina Parks was lovely she was fast and helpful she was not pushy about purchasing any insurance or prepaid gas which I was so happy about due to another experience at another rental agency. As I walked back to the kiosk I loved that someone was waiting with my name on a tablet to help me. The gentlemen Mohammad Awal was very informative and very helpful with choosing a car. I loved the fact that he asked where I was going and with how many people that way he could better assist me in choosing the vehicle that I had ordered or something similar. He went over the vehicle inspected the vehicle with me which is great and asked me to check the inside to see if I was okay. Great service overall and I will definitely be recommending enterprise at Newark to family and friends as well as being a continued costumer. I can't say enough about my experience and how happy I am with your team keep up the Great work.
(August 3, 2019, 6:05 pm)Picking up the car was great. Everyone was courteous, attentive. Dropping off seamed like it was a totally different company. No greeting or instruction. Other employees sitting around and talking about how they're shift ends in 10 minutes so they don't have to do anything right now. The employees upstairs should take some notes from the employees downstairs.
