“I don't know about the other reviews, but I've always found the agents to be quite engaging and willing to do what's in their power to help. The ONLY reason I'm holding back from 5 stars, and this is NOT the agent's fault, is because some training is needed on crucial programs like the PASS program, etc. which helps you earn to save for goals without affecting benefits. ALSO, detracting because of the Appointment backlog. It seems appointments should be preferred over walk-ins and yet you have to wait a month to get an appointment... it kind of defeats the purpose. Again, though, never had a bad in person experience.”
