(August 13, 2019, 8:03 pm)My spouse upgraded me to this and I was nervous getting checked in and initially had a hard time getting checked in. Fortunately another United agent helped out and apologized for the glitch. Very spacious lounge in a roundabout setting . Plenty of comfy areas to rest and charge devices. Also generous buffet with hot soup and salad as well as hummus and fresh veggies. Cookies and brownie bites too.
(July 4, 2019, 12:44 am)This lounge can be overcrowded In the afternoon hours, but I didn't have a problem finding a few seats. Food is limited. United Club-Newark also has a great view of the apron! Definitely an awesome and comfortable lounge to do some plane spotting.
