“I've been at Deltech Resins now for almost two years. This is by far one of the best companies I've ever had the privilege of working for. I started out as a temporary worker at their West Virginia Plant. I worked hard and I am now the maintenance manager at there New Jersey plant. The plant manager, assistant plant manager, and production foreman at the West Virginia plant are three of the best guys I ever worked with. The owner of the company doesn't act like a typical CEO either. The guy genuinely cares about his employees and will do anything within his power to help them. He's not afraid of getting his hands dirty either. I find that surprising because most owners I've dealt with would never get dirty. The pay is more than fair. They take safety very seriously. The woman that works in the front office at the New Jersey plant is worth her weight in gold. She's constantly busy. However she'll always make time for you if you need something. If you work hard you can definitely advance in the company. I'm living proof of that. I've only been working for the company two years and I went from being just a low-level maintenance guy to running the entire maintenance department. I would highly recommend this place as an employer.”
