“I have seen Kaedama from the window of the United Club in terminal C1 and have wanted to eat there for a year. This Saturday I had the opportunity to watch the World Cup, have great service and good food. Here is what is key... the side near Gate C80 Great service. Without great people and great service you don’t survive. Big Lou (Louis) made it a GREAT experience. 4.5 hrs with delayed aircraft, he made it enjoyable. Personable, outgoing and professional. Food. I went for the shredded pork with mushroom and chili pepper ramen. It was spicy. It’s a huge bowl. Filled me up. Not bad, not great. I went for the gyoza - done great and a favorite. Gotta love 25oz Drafts...Sapporo Will I be back: If Big Lou is there - YES”

“Wow ! Was pleasantly surprised! Got the 1/2 baked chicken. And honestly it was 5 star restaurant quality came with rice , veggies, a salad and rolls for $12 . Went back for breakfast and they special made me egg whites.and my husband got a omelet with toast. Probably one of the best "hotel" restaurants I've ever been to . So if your here try it!”
