David was excellent. I had problems with PSE & G. But David did not give up. He followed through and we finally got the generator! He responded to all of my correspondences, quickly and ptofessionally.

Dave was extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. But most importantly he was extremely committed and communicative throughout the entire job. We ran into some hurdles with PSE&G and Dave was diligent and persistent in clearing those hurdles. In the end the generator was installed as advertised and priced very competitively. After moving into our new place, my wife and I knew we wanted a whole-house back up generator, and last spring we finally decided to pursue it. We're glad we did! After doing some research, we sat down with Dave from Reliable Energy, and from the start they made it easy and straightforward for us - what services and hardware they provide, how they handle permits and even the scheduling was all geared toward ensuring minimal disruption and inconvenience. The install was easy, painless, and totally drama-free, and the generator works like a charm. Since the install we've had it kick in a few times, and then this past week while the block has been without power (8 days now and counting) we've been warm, happy, and our generator has been humming along. We're very happy with both our decision to get a whole-house backup, and with Dave and Reliable Energy. Only caveat is that the generators are noisy!
