“I recently completed the 6 week Challenge Program at Crossfit Roseland and had an amazing experience. I was able to hit the goal that was set for me by the trainers and I actually lost 4.5% body fat on top of losing 11 lbs. The classes were intense but diverse and refreshing for me who is someone who has previously done marathons. I liked that no class was the same and the trainers were helpful in coaching and teaching proper techniques for the exercises. I would highly recommend this program and this location. I had never done Crossfit before and will continue to do it post challenge!”
