I was helped by a gentleman that they call "Al Junior". I believe Al Senior takes care of mechanical issues whereas Al Junior does the body work. He was friendly and candid. He explained to me the issues with aftermarket and OEM parts and also helped me with the insurance company. I was very impressed with the work done on my car.
