  I did a teddy bear stuffing event and there were no copy cats. each child selected what they wanted. Independent thinking happening here. congrats.

  We've been taking our son to Lightbridge Academy in West Caldwell since he was about 20 months old (he's now 31 months). We couldn't be happier with our daycare choice. We toured a number of facilities in the Livingston-West Caldwell area, and none of them really compared to Lightbridge Academy.
  The staff is fantastic from the front office and on to every teacher I've encountered. Everyone there seems to really know and care about your child. Any time we have a special concern or need, they are more than happy to adjust their care plan to address the need. It is so comforting to know my son isn't sitting in a room all day being "watched" - but rather, interacting with other kids, doing art projects, singing, dancing, reading, and learning baby sign language. On top of all this, they provide well balanced meals and snacks for kids old enough to eat table food. I just don't think you can find a facility as clean, organized, and well-run as this one. To pay a little extra and know that there is actual curriculum in each class, and the caregivers are also teachers with proper training and high standards for being hired here - that is a huge relief.
  
  They also have an additional perk of getting access to Live Video Streaming and watching your kid anytime you want.
  
  If you are looking in the area for kids from infant up thru private pre-K, make sure to tour Lightbridge Academy @ West Caldwell!

  I recently made the transition from maternity leave to working mom and enrolled my child in Lightbridge Academy. I am so thankful for their private and spacious "bonding room" which allows me to feed, play, and read to him on my lunch break. It has made the transition 100 times easier and the quality time is invaluable.

  I am happy to take a minute and reflect on our positive experience with Rainbow Academy. Recent transplants from Nevada, we had struggled to find the right fit for our five-year-old. Certainly the center is beautiful, however, it's the TEACHERS that make the difference and we have never been happier with our care solution than we are now. Very glad to have found this oasis in what had previously been a desert. Thank you Rainbow Academy.
