(January 2, 2020, 10:03 pm)Chris was great. He assured me that what i was experiencing with the freezer drawer was normal and that there was nothing wrong with the drawer. He gave me helpful hints not only about the refrigerator but also the other Whirlpool appliances that i bought at the same time. He was very professional and I was relieved that nothing was seriously wrong with my 3 week old appliance.
