We have lived at the Marquis at Stonegate since October 2020. The location has been perfect for us - direct access to the trail and just a couple blocks from Trader Joe’s and various restaurants. Very dog friendly!

The complex itself is worlds better than other similarly priced apartments.
Everyone in the office always greets you with a smile, happy to help with anything you need.
And their pool/fitness facilities are so nice and well-kept, people actually use them! 🤯

These apartments offer just about everything one would want. Kim Elam, Karen, Alexandra and Kellen in the front office are friendly and truly care that the residents are happy to live here. Any maintenance concerns that may arise are taken care of quickly and professionally by Edgar, Sal, Tony and others. The whole complex is very well maintained with new projects always going on to keep it looking in tip-top shape and adding new functionality. The pool and fitness room are always clean. It’s close to great shopping and restaurants, and is close to both I-20 and I-30. The Trinity Trail is accessible from the back of the complex so you can go biking or walking. Be sure to go to the monthly free Saturday morning breakfast offerings in the clubhouse! #cwsapartments #marquisatstonegate

Marquis at Stonegate is simply the best place I have lived. Marquis has been my home for many years now, and it is a wonderful community. Kim and her staff are caring, responsive, and attentive to resident needs. The property is immaculate, and Edgar and the maintenance staff are excellent. The location, on the Trinity Trail and near I-30 and I-20 is the best area in Fort Worth. Trader Joe's is less than a block walking distance, and Central Market (world-class) and Whole Foods are nearby. Traffic is light, the area is quite and crime-free. I can't say enough good things about the way this property is managed.
