I had to write this review! From the receptionists to the medical assistants they all are Awesome! Everyone is very nice, and extremely helpful. Dr. Pai, has a great bedside manner, which a lot of doctors don't. She listens to your concerns, she had all my tests done prior, called me herself to make sure I had done everything I was suppose to do. There's a true concern for her patients. Dr. Pai was on vacation, and I left a message for the covering doctor, and I received a call from Dr. Pai herself. I love this office!

She heard everything I wanted to express and answered any questions. She made sure I had more tests done to see if any thing else my doctor missed , she did more blood test and xrays, She called me personally and left me a message and sent me the antibiotics script electronic to Walgreens. I am so thankful to this doctor. I have been trying to find out what I have for many weeks, she is great specialist

Dr. Pai is the only physician I've had in my life that has taken serious time to get to know me, my concerns, and look at my issue holistically to help find a solution to my medical problems. She cares deeply about her patients and it shows in the time she invests in answering questions and probing all angles.

Very nice staff. Always called on time. Dr.sneha pai is a very nice lady and she takes time to talk to you and understand your situation. She always get back to me. And always calls with the results. I would recommend her to everyone. She is a very caring person.
