Exceptional customer service! We have held policies with Chris Sules office for a number of years and they have always gone above and beyond. Dana and Kristin are not only incredibly professional, but also friendly, kind and they take care of whatever needs to be done with efficiency. They truly are a 5 Star business!

A returning customer. Currently having auto and home policies with another insurance company and my home policy premium increases about 10% in this renew so I decided to do some shopping.

I sent an email to Mike and he contacted me shortly after that. He helped me to look at different policies and coverages. He also told me that State Farm does not do the “bait to switch”

I chose State Farm on the second day and I know this is the right choice. I like the way that Mike interacts with client and he is a good listener. He is polite, professional and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

I contact multi agencies in a days time doing 3rd party mortgagee clause updates, often I have to leave a voice message because no one answers the phone. I left a message with Chris's office and I really did not expect to hear back from anyone so I wrote down notes so I could keep trying to get a hold of someone in person over the next few days. A couple of hours later I was surprised to get a call back from Dana, asking what she could help me with! She was very professional on the phone and also friendly. She was quick to provide what I needed and followed up by asking if there was anything else she could help me with. Dana's level and quality of customer service is a stand out of the many agencies I encounter in a days time!
