“Great costumer service and professional work. The owner and a technician stayed 2 hours after closing time on Saturday to have my brakes replaced in an Audi A6 . Went there 3:30 and after a diagnostic and free estimation I went to the Dealer in Paramus to get parts and came back around 4:40 PM when they started, Unfortunately there was one bolt very hard to be removed and the guys worked with no complaint to have it done .the owner didn't increase the price that was agreed at the beginning. I will definitely go back with other cars and recommend to my friends and family .”

“Highly recommend this to everyone in New Jersey that needs good, quick work done. They went the extra mile. My car was broken into overnight. The junkie tried prying my door open with a crowbar, bending the frame, and when that didn't work, smashed my window. Upon the recommendation of my normal neighborhood garage, I called House of Glass to see about replacing the window. The guy there said to bring it around whenever I can. Within two hours, House of Glass replaced the window, was able to bend the frame back in place, vacuumed up the remnants of broken glass and cleaned up dirt the junkie left behind on the door and steering wheel. AND...they did it at a very reasonable rate.”

The lady who answer the phone kept on putting me and hold without asking me what i want first, i was on hold for 10minutes so i hang up and call again and it and the something happened she placed me on hold. She keep placing me on hold and forget i was there.. Is when i call back the fourth i actually got through. The reason why i gave it 4 stars because when i went to pick up my parts gentleman there was awesome.”
