I have natural African American hair and had already straightened it the day before my event... and then it rained the day of. I was frantically calling hair salons near the venue to redo it, and nobody was willing to help without a prior appointment. Isa saved the day for me and got me looking like a million bucks right on time for my photo shoot! I accidentally brought the wrong conditioner and right away she caught it saying it was only for post relaxer hair conditioning, which the bottle stated. I’m an African American who just moved to Newark from New York, which is the home of the “wash and set”.
