“This Extra Space definitely going above and beyond for there customers. When I first moved in I had a very easy process the front desk people at the time were super helpful walking me through the process. But Ely, she is the main reason I will be coming back. She can be on the phone and she acknowledges you letting you know she will be with you. I remember I had gotten a rate increase (because you know inflation) and I was a little fluster and Ely was able to explain what was going on and give me a credit for the next month. I stayed with them a whole year and half. The point wasn’t the money but the communication. I think it goes such a long way when you have people like Ely that want to work and truly care about customer needs. Beside having an amazing employee, their facility is clean and they always have multiple carts available for easy storage pick up and drop off. I love the code entrance gate and then code entrance elevator. Definitely very safe and secure facility. 10/10 would check this location if you have time. Will be back!”

“Van express definitely the best moving company I have ever encountered. They were very professional. Let me start with David, our estimator. He was upfront about the cost, expectations, and service. He went through everything step by step and answered all my questions (trust me, I had a lot of questions and he never made me feel that I was asking too much). The day of the move the movers Imad, Isam and Ali came right on time and without wasting time they started doing their job. They even explained me what we can do to so that they can finish their work on time and even earlier. We had 45 min commute in between the loading and unloading spot. Even after that they finished the work within 4 hrs whereas our initial quote was for 5 hrs. They even didn't charge for the unused hour. Who does that? I highly recommend them. If you are in Jersey and need a mover, Van Express is the right service for you.”

The day before, I asked for confirmation and Reuben ( I believe he’s the proprietor), said Yes. That’s it - YES coming! I didn’t need more of a confirmation. “Since I did this online, it was much more smoother. I originally rented a 15 footer, but U-hual did a wonderful job with keeping me up to date with its stock each week, they actually called me up. I ended up with a 10 footer to be on the safe side and of course there was a fleet of them at the location. The service was good and the lady did a wonderful job with my questions and speed of service. The truck was nice and clean, it was enough for my 550 sq ft studio, including a king sized bed (A bit of a squeeze) I never knew they added a back up camera, 120v plugs, and some usb ports, uts a nice little upgrade they did to the trucks. I drove out of state and didnt have any issues. I also blew through all the EZpass lines and their information was correct, theyll just email you the bill later with a $1 fee attached to each tool you pass, not a big issue and easy to pay. Overall, always been using U-hual so I still will, great job guys and gals~”

It is second to none. In particular, Kendal and Michael are the two Extra Space Storage managers who exceeded my expectations of service quality. When I needed help under stressful circumstances (opening a new storage account in the midst of an intensely stressful move out of NYC with my spouse and two toddlers), Michael came through big time, offering extra help and guidance with the opening process.
