  Had to drop a review. This is the ONLY place we bring our cars. They’ve done lots of work on our vehicles over the years and it’s always been a really good experience. Phil the manager is very knowledgeable and personable and you just get the feel that he genuinely cares about his customers and about building a long-term relationship of trust, and that is hard to find these days. PLUS, there is a great Starbucks 2 doors down, so it’s an easy “drop and walk” if you need to schedule a meeting or get work done while waiting. No time lost in the day. I recommend Monro T’ville highly. They’ve got a good thing going there! ????????

  Quick and easy for oil changes on my Volkswagen Beetle every time. Always checks for other miscellaneous issues as well. The guy that answers the phone/does invoices is extremely friendly & knowledgeable. Cameron, who did my oil change/air filter replacement today (12/26/19), was very nice as well. Great place!

  Always honest, explain things to me when I ask. Accommodating as well. Never go anywhere else for service on my vehicle.

  I don't know if there are new guys there now but I once had to wait over an hour for an oil change with attitudes... and haven't been back. Today I went back an was there only about 30min. And it was complete and the guys are very positive with all smiles. They have great service now and I will be back. Thank you All!!!!

  Went in to have my tire patched. Since I was there I asked for an oil change & they were able to squeeze me in. They were quick, friendly, & well priced. The waiting room was clean & bright, with comfortable chairs & tons of recent magazine's. The manager Phil was super nice, warm, & friendly. They looked over my car during the oil change & were informative about my battery life. Thankfully they did that so I won't end up stranded from a dead battery. No pressure to buy anything & not an upsale either. Just an honest manager doing honest work. Will return & recommend
