Wouldn't trust anyone else but these guys!!! We have had horrible experiences with Quaker City repair and various other appliance repair services. We have had troublesome appliances including 2 different sub zero refrigerators. We ONLY use Edwards. Their staff is not only professional - but they are extremely detailed and knowledgeable on every type of appliance we have. We actually LEARN something about the things we own every time they are here. From the office communication to the technicians - Edward's Appliance is A+++++
Ray is great! However, it's the only service company that asks the customer to call the day before. Isn't that the job of the company to call the client? Who remembers to call?

They were able to repair a microwave/oven wall unit when another GE-contracted warranty company (from Sicklerville) could not find the problem after "fixing" it twice. Appliance has been great for past 3 yrs since Edwards fixed it. They had the part shipped right from GE to my house.
