Can't believe how great it looks now. Martin is a professional from the time I called him to the time he cleaned up and left the house. “I will start by saying that I don’t typically write reviews unless I truly stand behind the thing I’m writing about. I have been training with Body Blast for about a month now and the only thing I regret is that I didn’t start working with them sooner. They are not your everyday personal trainers. They are a team that stands behinds you and truly cares, not only about your fitness goals, but about your general goals. The communication you get with them doesn’t stop when you are done your training session either. They are always checking in with you, making sure you understand everything, sharing tips, asking if you need any help, and most importantly encouraging you. The trainers are top notch and truly take the time to get to know you. They understand that each person is different and that not everything works for the same for everyone. They sit down with you and talk about your goals and what you want to achieve. They set up custom workout plans and even nutrition plans. And if something isn’t working, they modify it to make sure you are getting the most out of the hard work you are putting in. This is not a “get fit quick” program. I know personally from trying most of those programs that they just simply don’t work. You lose the weight you want but it all comes right back because you didn’t have the knowledge to go along with it. With Body Blast, they teach you the healthy habits that create lasting results. I’m already seeing results which is the best motivation there is. I let my health spiral out of control and I eventually got that wake up call from my doctor that I was doing serious harm to my body. I knew I had to invest in myself and get the help that I needed and I can confidently say that Body Blast is helping me take back control of my health. Take that big first step and call them. “Very great experience! I made an appointment online ahead of time in which I provided my information along with insurance info. Etc. When I got there I used the kiosk to check in I scanned my driver's license and all of my information was there. This appointment was for my son he is 11 months old. I was EXTREMELY nervous, in fact I put it off for as long as I could because I was dreading it. My technician (sorry didn't get her name) was wonderful and another woman came In to assist. They definitely put my mind at ease. They were great with him and it was Quick and efficient. He cried of course but it wasn't as bad and I thought it was going to be. The receptionist Dawn was really sweet and helpful. The office was really clean and I was in and out in under a half an hour.”
