“I had to write to Mr. Stinson the Administrator to share my comments of how the staff has been not only with mom, but how well we were treated by the staff and how accommodating they've all been. Here is my email: Hi Tony, Since my mother arrived at your facility the other day I’ve had some great experiences with some of your staff. First off was Tameka Powell receptionist. WOW. What a phenomenal personality and so warm and welcoming. I was quite upset and nervous with my mother in a long term care facility, but after meeting Tameka and chatting for a few minutes, I felt at ease. On to my moms room, I met Melissa A. a LPN Supervisor and Brittany, Nurse Supervisor. Again what two great phenomenal personalities and they were so warm and welcoming also. Just put my fears and woes aside and knew my mom was in great care! Then, again another great experience with Brooke and Ed the two nurses that took care of my mom. Just amazing the caring and love they showed! I also wanted to commend Cheryl P. and Jennifer S. and wanted to commend on more great experiences with Lynette, Director of PT and Rowena as my wife and I went down to see the PT area and they were in there and showed us around and took the time to explain things and were really so very nice, sincere, and compassionate saying we'll take good care of your mom. With that being said I would love if you could personally recognize the above mentioned staff that they really make a difference. And pass on to the other staff that we appreciate their service even though we may not have met yet, but sure we will, so when I ask staff for their name, it could be going on an email to you for exceptional service :-) Thanks for taking the time to read this and please if your could acknowledge you received this. “My son moved into the pre-k program mid-year. I was so worried that he would have difficulty making friends, since he is shy. Immediately my son loved going to school and made many friends. Academically you won't find a better school. My son is completely prepared for Kindergarten. He can add, count, using higher level thinking, has an expanded vocabulary, and can sound out letters to spell words and read them. Most importantly, the staff is amazing. Miss Marissa is an exceptional teacher, loving and helpful. Truly enjoys teaching and her students. Mrs. Suzanne has been extremely helpful- from administering medication(asthma and seizure) to helping with paperwork. Every morning I'm greeted with smiles and happy faces and my son truly enjoys his experience at this school. Oh, did I mention there is an art program and mindfulness program for free! Amazing.”
