“Satisfied with everything except for their billing department. Seems like every visit there is some sort of billing mistake on their part. Either it’s an NPI number problem or they bill it with a different name to the insurance company. Extremely frustrating. I don’t have time to go back and forth between them and my insurance company after every visit. Last time the person in the billing department got an attitude with me saying they couldn’t submit the claim again. If they did it right the first time I wouldn’t be calling asking for a resubmission.”
