Please plan ahead and make more almond croissants...you always seem to sell out too quickly...and then I have an unhappy wife.
(October 30, 2018, 6:04 pm)From all appearances a good, typical South Jersey bakery. Good, competent, professional baking. I didn't taste them but their croissants looked to be excellently made. Very good service.
The place is hard to spot back in the back of the plaza but it's worth a go.
(August 17, 2018, 9:54 am)We ordered our wedding cake from Summit Cakery and they were fantastic!! Everyone we dealt with was polite, friendly, and helpful. We went in for a tasting to choose three flavors for each layer of our cake, and the hardest part was narrowing it down to three, everything was delicious! As for the cake itself, we had a very generic, straightforward idea for what we wanted for the decorating. They took our outline and produced a gorgeous cake that looked as great as it tasted!
(July 27, 2018, 8:44 am)Everything is fantastic here. Donuts, cakes of every type, pastries, croissants, quiches, breakfast sandwiches...amazing selection, and it all looks and tastes wonderful. Staff is very friendly, too. Seriously, the best bakery I've been to.
(May 30, 2018, 5:23 pm)I purchased a strawberry shortcake for my Korean friends who don't like super sweet cakes. I have to say there strawberry shortcake is absolutely delicious! The perfect balance of sweet. The strawberries and blueberries were fresh. Not too ripe, just perfect. I will buy again!
