“We had the best experience at the diabetic foot center. Customer service is excellent from scheduling appointments through pick up. You schedule appointments and you are not rushed through them! After a year of not being able to wear shoes due to a heel wound my husband was fitted for a pair of shoes there. Unfortunately the shoes caused a small problem on the heel so we called the center and they told us to return those shoes and he was refitted with a different shoe without issue. My husband is so excited to be back in safe shoes for his diabetic feet!! Each consultation was an extremely pleasant experience. Especially with Sue ! She is very knowledgeable and skilled at her job and she was also a joy to deal with. I felt like she and the rest of the staff at the Diabetic Foot Center in Sewell took a personal interest in finding a shoe that fit my husbands medical needs! They have a decent selection of shoes to choose from too, which surprised us! The store is immaculate, modern and pleasant. Do not hesitate to go there!”

I have been training with Body Blast for about a month now and the only thing I regret is that I didn’t start working with them sooner. They are not your everyday personal trainers. They are a team that stands behinds you and truly cares, not only about your fitness goals, but about your general goals. The communication you get with them doesn’t stop when you are done your training session either. They are always checking in with you, making sure you understand everything, sharing tips, asking if you need any help, and most importantly encouraging you. The trainers are top notch and truly take the time to get to know you. They understand that each person is different and that not everything works for the same for everyone. They sit down with you and talk about your goals and what you want to achieve. They set up custom workout plans and even nutrition plans. And if something isn’t working, they modify it to make sure you are getting the most out of the hard work you are putting in. This is not a “get fit quick” program. I know personally from trying most of those programs that they just simply don’t work. You lose the weight you want but it all comes right back because you didn’t have the knowledge to go along with it. With Body Blast, they teach you the healthy habits that create lasting results. I’m already seeing results which is the best motivation there is. I let my health spiral out of control and I eventually got that wake up call from my doctor that I was doing serious harm to my body. “Dr. Berger is an old-fashioned Optometrist, in a good way. Eye examination here is not 100% based on electronic machines, and I find the results more accurate this way. Dr. Berger is very patient to help me find the most suitable contacts for my dry eyes, we tried on quite a few contact lenses on my first visit.
