“I will start by saying that I don’t typically write reviews unless I truly stand behind the thing I’m writing about. I have been training with Body Blast for about a month now and the only thing I regret is that I didn’t start working with them sooner. They are not your everyday personal trainers. They are a team that stands behinds you and truly cares, not only about your fitness goals, but about your general goals. The communication you get with them doesn’t stop when you are done your training session either. They are always checking in with you, making sure you understand everything, sharing tips, asking if you need any help, and most importantly encouraging you. The trainers are top notch and truly take the time to get to know you. They understand that each person is different and that not everything works for the same for everyone. They sit down with you and talk about your goals and what you want to achieve. They set up custom workout plans and even nutrition plans. And if something isn’t working, they modify it to make sure you are getting the most out of the hard work you are putting in. This is not a “get fit quick” program. I know personally from trying most of those programs that they just simply don’t work. You lose the weight you want but it all comes right back because you didn’t have the knowledge to go along with it. With Body Blast, they teach you the healthy habits that create lasting results. I’m already seeing results which is the best motivation there is. I let my health spiral out of control and I eventually got that wake up call from my doctor that I was doing serious harm to my body. I knew I had to invest in myself and get the help that I needed and I can confidently say that Body Blast is helping me take back control of my health. Take that big first step and call them. “A clean and efficient branch of the SSA. I expected to wait, because I got there just before lunchtime. I brought a book with me to bide my time. But, never got to read much. Laura, gave me correct information that SS Lawyers gave wrong. I went away with confidence, I was given the correct information. She was right. I called the place Laura told me I needed to and the process to make the changes was fast and efficient. My "problem", that might have caused more stress was fixed. In fact, I was given a call from an additional person, who knew my situation, just to make sure I fully understood the process and was told - confirmed - the information from the Social Security Administration gave me was indeed correct and the process was already in process. Pleased I was given excellent and correct information. A hidden gem of a branch and even if there is a wait, the information that you might not have been given correctly before , you can have confidence you will come away that things are taken care of or you are given correct information.”

“Dr. Berger is an old-fashioned Optometrist, in a good way. Eye examination here is not 100% based on electronic machines, and I find the results more accurate this way. Dr. Berger is very patient to help me find the most suitable contacts for my dry eyes, we tried on quite a few contact lenses on my first visit. I have been visiting this particular office for a couple years now, and recommended this place to all my friends and families.”

The selection includes a variety of common Chinese entries plus sushi, a hibachi grill, and several non-Asian options such as roast pork and pizza. Four of us ate lunch for about $30, and table service was attentive to removing plates and refilling drinks. Dinner costs more but includes additional choices including prime rib.”
