The best, deserves 6 stars. Dr. Fred Bernier takes the time to listen and understand the problem in order to best help you. This is not a factory, where you feel like another number coming through. His goal is to heal and get results. Strange but he is not there for the money, but he possesses a nurturing spirit and sincere desire to heal and help people. He won’t waste your time if he can’t help you. I wasn’t too sure how he could help and gave it a chance. I could not sleep (stress, anxiety, over exhausted) and severe muscle atrophy and limited range of motion. First visit I saw results. Due to continued visits I can sleep, more relaxed, my muscles are stronger and range of motion noticeably better. The acupuncture combined with what he calls eastern medicine is amazing I recommend Dr Fred Bernier to everyone.

I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Fred Bernier. I phoned him, and he called back. Beginning with my first appointment, I experienced that Dr. Bernier is a highly trained and gifted healer. I am an avid cyclist, and I pedal as fast as I can. I also have difficulty with sleep – falling asleep, staying asleep, getting enough rest. My legs ached all the time. I’ve used acupuncture on and off for decades, and it seemed to me that was what my legs needed. Dr. Bernier uses conventional acupuncture, with needles, which is all I thought there was to it. He also uses an outstanding form of manual manipulation which is also a form of acupuncture, based on manipulation along the meridians, applying muscle tonics as he works the muscles and tendons. The ache was gone! This lasted several days. But I still had the sleep difficulty. The next time, I asked Dr. Bernier if he could formulate sleep herbs for me. They were ready at my third visit. Over the years, I’ve used prescription sleep aids as well as many products found in health food stores. That night, I slept through the night, a rare and wonderful occurrence. The herbs have helped me have deeper sleep. I use them when I think I need them. The chronic ache in my legs is gone. With the three modalities of acupuncture, tuina and Chinese herbs, Dr. Bernier helped me to have the healing miracle I had been seeking. Thank you, Dr. Fred Bernier!
