(March 20, 2019, 10:24 am)I was never athletic and hardly ever exercised. Pat is the reason that I can say "I am an athlete." I do things now that I never thought I could. By the way, I'm 72 yrs old. It's never to late.
I also want to recommend my boxing trainer, Omar. I really look forward to my session each week. It's a great workout, both aerobic and conditioning and a really fun time.
(August 8, 2018, 4:23 pm)I’ve been on my weight loss journey a long time, much longer than necessary. This was due to my own stubbornness and a ton of excuses. What Level Up Studio gave me was a swift kick in the butt, with love, care and understanding. What came next was my own willingness to change. Once the mental change happened, the physical change came naturally. I began to follow their nutrition plan and put in the hard work. OMG! What happened next was amazing, the weight started melting off. I had been working out for years, but never had any long lasting results, my weight was always a like a yo-yo, and by having a made-up-mind, and having a plan the weight came off in weeks. I’m in a smaller size, I have increased energy, I’m physically stronger, and I have muscles where there were none. I will never go back to my old ways, old attitude or old body. I love me all over again. Thanks Helen and Pat for changing my body and teaching me how to eat right! You guys are truly one of a kind!!
(July 18, 2018, 10:02 am)Reaching out to Helen is one of my most favorite decisions (thanks to Gab for telling me "Just do it!"). Pat and Helen genuinely care about all of their clients. I've been taking their group classes for a few months now and everyone is so supportive in helping you learn and work towards your goals. Because of the amazing support I find myself pushing harder and harder everyday. I 100% recommend stepping foot into Level Up Studio!
(July 18, 2018, 8:51 am)I was informed about Level Up Studios by a friend and she told me to give it a try during their 4 week challenge. At first I was a bit hesitant because she would tell me that they challenge you and it can be hard but I gave them a shot and went for a trial day. Let me just tell you that YES they do challenge you but at the same time they motivate you. I enjoyed the trial class that I signed up for the 4 week challenge. Best decision I ever made! During those 4 weeks I got to know the people who took the classes and got to see the trainers style. I feel in love with the place and would definitely recommend them. If you want to push yourself and get a hardcore (yet great workout) this is the place to go. They not only motivate you but they also advise you on how to improve on your goals whether it's to lose weight or add gains they are there to help you out.
