(July 1, 2022, 9:10 am)I was there this week to open an account. I got an appointment online really quick which was a good surprise. When I got there there was no customers, Isael the sales rep was ready to talk to me as soon as I arrived and he explained to me the whole process and answered all questions. Overall it was a great experience.
(July 7, 2021, 12:45 pm)Jonathon Fuentes is a great manager and helped me with my accounts thoroughly. He is extremely helpful and receptive. He has followed up on phone calls and keeps to his word. All banks should have a Jonathon Fuentes. There would only be good customer service.
