“Update: this was one of our favorite Malaysian restaurants in the area. So we were happy that they were now open for takeouts (since 5/23). Portion size was bigger with takeouts too ???? ----------- This place only opened a couple of months ago. It was bright and airy with a full bar and lots of seatings. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We started with Beef Satay appetizer. Beef was tender and tasty, though the dipping sauce was slightly too sweet for my taste. We liked both of our main courses. Hainan Chicken was moist and Char Kway Teow (fried rice noodle with shrimp and squid) was very flavorful. The pot of hot tea we shared was not up to my standard though. In my view, their food was well prepared and authentic. The location was a bit out of the way for us. Otherwise, I am sure we would visit very often.”
