“RA has been servicing my lg dual wash and dryer for over 5 years now. Sal is excellent at diagnosing and fixing this machine. It’s been worth him fixing the machine about once a year or so vs me buying a new one. I’ve had to replace a drum, get the lint thingy cleaned twice, had a hole in the rubber casing, pump replaced etc... I use this machine almost daily so being able to call on ra tv really helps. Scheduling has always been easy and clear. They come when scheduled. One time they had to order a part and come back and that was easy too. Thanks RA TV!!”
