“I love the service and the attentiveness of every single doctor that I have been seen by, however the phone system is absolutely impossible. I've now been calling the office for 2 DAYS trying to RETURN the doctor's call! I don't know if you guys even realize that the system might be faulty which is why I'm writing this review. I just got diagnosed with a condition and put on medication and I can't get through to the doctor. this is very frustrating. it shouldn't be this hard to get through.”

“After my Gastric Bypass in 2009, I worked hard to keep off 80lbs. However, I continue to have severe rashes due to hanging skin that affects my day to day. After careful research of procedures and surgeons, I came across Dr. Ponamgi. His experience alone convinced me to make an appointment. I called and got in right away! At my appointment visit, I was greeted by his receptionist/ Medical assistant, Lilian. She was extremely helpful and sweet. The wait time was short and my consultation gave me hope. I met with the practice manager afterwards, Ms. B. Khan, who was simply amazing! She was knowledgeable yet so compassionate. She explained the process of authorization with insurances and kept in contract following my appointment. I received authorization today - less than a week! I am scheduled for surgery at the end of May! I would recommend Dr. Ponamgi and his staff to EVERYONE!”

“Today I visited Beethoven's Veranda as a way to get a nice walk. We ended up buying a great variety of succulents and flowers. William was very nice and patient with us as we wondered everywhere and asked a million questions. He also introduced me to my new favorite flowers, the Ranunculus (and I'm not even a flower person). William was nice enough to give us some tips and tricks. He also planted the awesome bansai in the picture for us. ???? William also has some fantastic pots and unique potting ideas that we will have to try in the future.”
