After careful research of procedures and surgeons, I came across Dr. Ponamgi. His experience alone convinced me to make an appointment. I called and got in right away! At my appointment visit, I was greeted by his receptionist/ Medical assistant, Lilian. She was extremely helpful and sweet. The wait time was short and my consultation gave me hope. I met with the practice manager afterwards, Ms. B. Khan, who was simply amazing! She was knowledgeable yet so compassionate. She explained the process of authorization with insurances and kept in contract following my appointment. I received authorization today - less than a week! I am scheduled for surgery at the end of May! I would recommend Dr. Ponamgi and his staff to EVERYONE!”
