Outstanding customer experience! Danny did a comprehensive inspection of wind and water damage to our roof, then worked closely with our insurance carrier to ensure we received a just settlement. TGT provides photos of needed repairs, as well as photo updates of material delivery, work-in-progress, completed project, and even our clean driveway after final cleanup. This is absolutely one of the best building contractors you can select.

Our new gutters look fantastic and we got a great bid for the work (best out of 4). We were very pleased with every step in the process as well as the finished look and the obvious quality. They worked with us to help better position our downspouts around the house.

Jim helped me with an issue with my iPhone for about 2 hours. He was so patient and kind throughout. Highly recommend!

I always have a pleasant experience at this store. I recently had to go to upgrade my mom’s phone. Jim, the manager who took care of me, has a great personality and was very helpful, knowledgeable and super patient. In the past I’ve also worked with the other salesman and he’s great as well. Sorry I forgot his name! But he’s awesome too.
It’s also important to mention that I felt safe in the store as it is kept very clean and they have hand sanitizer available for the customer’s use.
I have an AT&T store closer to home but I rather drive the extra mile to go to this location where I know these guys really know what they’re doing and are always looking out for the best interest of the customer.

I have used Gutter Truck three times in the past five years. This year, they replaced our roof, gutters, siding and did window wraps. I could not be happier with the way the company operates. Danny, the owner, is simply great and very accommodating. Kim, the office manager, is extremely organized and very nice. They employ good quality workers. Everything is planned carefully and done as promised. They always keep their word. They made sure I was happy and addressed any of my concerns right away. There are not many companies like this one. This is the second time we’ve used The Gutter Truck and they came through again with flying colors. Five years ago, my Wife and I hired them for the first time to replace our aging roof and gutters and they did a great job; and thanks to the Memorial Day weekend hailstorm this year, we found ourselves in need of a dependable contractor again to replace our roof, gutters, some siding and the metal wrapping around our windows and garage door. Since we had such a good experience with the Gutter Truck the last time, I didn’t hesitate to call them again.

When I contacted them, I told owner Dan Baber what day and time my insurance adjuster was coming to assess the damage, so Dan arranged to be here at the same time so they could do the walk-thru together. Dan and two insurance adjusters spent the better part of the morning examining everything from the roof and siding to my Wife’s broken teacup planters on the patio table in the back yard, and when they were finished, Dan stayed behind to answer any questions we had about the process and how to proceed.

Thanks to Dan being here and going over everything with the insurance adjuster there were no surprises, so the insurance company came through right away with the funds to do the repairs, and shortly thereafter the work began.

Just like the previous time, the crews and staff at The Gutter Truck were professional and courteous and were happy to answer any questions we had. When the project began, they took extra care not to disturb any of the flowers or plants in the landscaping around the foundation, which really impressed my Wife since she worked so hard cleaning them up and re-planting things after the storm. When the work was finished, they did a fantastic job cleaning everything up and they went over the yard and driveway several times with a roller magnet to make sure there was minimal risk of any stray nails lying around. They not only did a good job cleaning up when the job was complete, but they kept things picked up during the entire process so there was no dead or damaged grass caused by carelessly discarded shingles or roofing materials.

The job went smoothly, the crews did a great job again and the roof, gutters and siding look great! (see attached photo) My Wife picked out the “Atlantic Blue” color for the roof shingles from Dan’s sample book. I was a little skeptical about the color at first, but I am really glad she chose it because she was absolutely right! It goes perfectly with our blue siding and we’ve gotten nothing but compliments from people passing by. I highly recommend The Gutter Truck, LLC if you need exterior work done on your home. They have done a great job for us twice now and I will most certainly call on them again if necessary, in the future. A big thanks to Dan Baber, the installation crews, and Kim in the office at The Gutter Truck, LLC. If I knew all their names, I would thank them all individually, because they are hard-working, professionals who actually care about the quality of the work they do and go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied. We could not be happier with our new roof and gutters. Dan and his team did excellent work. They worked with us on cost and financing, due to working outside of insurance. The quality of work is perfect, and they were extremely timely in both planning and execution. We absolutely reccomend them!
