The Harper at Harmon Meadow Apartments

I've been living at the "Harper Harmon Meadows" apartments for a few weeks now. The leasing process with Marcela Cortes was very professional. She goes beyond her work ethic to make sure you feel satisfied and comfortable. She plays close attention to details and is very organized. I knew I was going to live at the Harpers, since the day Marcela showed me the apartment. She is very kind , respectful and her degree of professionalism is unmatched. My daughter loves her. Thanks Marcela and the rest of the staff for making us feel like home. You are awesome!

Where do we begin? My husband and I moved from VA to NJ and as stressful/hectic as a long distance move can be, the application and leasing process made things so much easier for us. Chris, Julia, and Marcella were so pleasant, warm, and welcoming to us. From the application process to touring the apartment and amenities, The Harper staff has been extraordinary to us. Very responsive and prompt in resolving service requests and never hesitates to make sure we are adjusting and settling in well. If you're considering applying and are convinced by the photos online, let us say the photos do the community no justice. Extremely beautiful, well kept, and quiet. We are ecstatic to call The Harper our new home! Once again, thank you so much Chris, Julia, and Marcella!

I recently moved into the Harper and it was the best decision I’ve made! The apartments are big and beautiful and you really feel at home here. Christopher in the leasing office was very helpful through the whole move in process and made it seamless. Starting with the tour and then helping out with the application the next day. He is very pleasant and responded promptly to all of my emails. There was a glitch in the system when I tried to apply and he worked very quickly to get it fixed for me. He has also been very helpful since I’ve moved in answering any questions that arise. The area is super convenient and everyone’s friendly, my dog loves it here too 😊

I had a very good experience with Mercela from the leasing office. She is kind, patient and sincerely wants to help. The apartment was not fully cleaned when we moved in, and she quickly helped arrange a second cleaning and solved the issue. She also helped me with many other stuff in a timely manner. I feel that she really put herself in the tenants' shoes. With more staff like her and Christopher, the better tenants' experience would be. Overall five stars team!

I cannot appreciate Marcela Cortes enough for her assistance through my entire leasing and moving-in process. She has been of such a great help to me. She made sure to respond to all of my questions and fulfill all of my requests in time. She is a great asset to the management.

I had a friend doing the moving for me since I was in India at the time and she made sure to accommodate and answer all his questions and make the process as easy as possible for him and for me. I am looking forward to living there for the next 18 months.
