My husband and I decided to purchase in the WORST OF HOME BUYING TIMES (Summer of 2021 - Summer of 2022) and we weren't the kind of buyers who would win at any cost. Many agents during this time period were quite stuck up saying we had no chance of buying, but Christian stuck with us through thick and thin helping us land a home in a rapidly developing neighborhood with basically everything on our list check marked. Here are a few things to know about Christian:

1. He's patient and wants things to work out for you. Unlike your typical real estate salesman, he's not just about getting the transaction. He'd rather build a long term relationship.

2. He won't encourage you to overbid. I remember my husband and I found an apartment we really loved, and it was after losing out on a few places already. We really wanted to win this one. Christian kept us logical when we put in our bid reminding us that the property likely won't appreciate much in that neighborhood. We didn't win that one, but now that I think back to it, I probably would have felt we wildly overpaid.

3. He's a really nice person. Christian helped us in whatever way he could in this long, arduous process and then he helped us even when we needed to renovate our home.

4. He doesn't work with a lot of clients at once so he can provide every client with unparalleled service.

He helped us find a fixer-upper in a fast appreciating neighborhood. We are so thankful to have gone through this process with him.

Kelly went above and beyond. She surpassed expectations by far. I would recommend her ten times over. Kelly knows her stuff! She's also very great at response times and explaining in lamen terms what's going on especially during the negotiations. Excellent job and a great person to be around as well. Overall wonderful experience!

Christian was a dream to work with when he sold our condo in Union City. My wife and I are living abroad, so were a bit nervous about doing this remotely, but Christian make it shockingly simple; he even worked with our tenant to find her a new rental property so she could vacate before end of lease and we could close the sale earlier to fit our buyer's key driver. We got the price we wanted, Christian made the entire process very simple and easy to understand, worked very well with our lawyer, negotiated well with the buyer's agent, and is very responsive and proactive. Plus he is a very nice guy. I feel really lucky to have found him on my own. Outstanding service from him and his colleague (and sister) Kelly. It's not easy finding someone who does such a good job and is truly focused on servicing you, so I am very impressed. Two thumbs way up.

I needed to rent out a vacant apartment in my building and I reached out to Andrew to help me find tenants. I was a little worried at first because in the past I have hired realtors who would just throw any person in my apartment as a tenant just to collect a commission. That was not the case with Andrew he should me program that he uses to run a background check on any one who was interested in renting. He is very good at reading these reports and pointing out red flags. He prides himself in finding the best quality tenants, he told me that when selecting tenants he would treat it as if was doing it for family members property. He delivered on his promise he got me the best tenant I've gotten in a long time. If you want a realtor who will act in the best interest of your investment ask for Andrew Andrade!
